By accessing CrackInterview's platform (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Service.

When using CrackInterview, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our systems
• Use automated scripts to generate interviews or content
• Share account credentials or violate security measures
• Generate content that violates intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these guidelines.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activities under your account will be considered your own actions.

All interview questions, feedback systems, and practice methodologies ("Content") are proprietary to CrackInterview. Users retain rights to their specific responses but grant us a license to use anonymized data for service improvement.

CrackInterview may modify or discontinue features without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service but will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform stability.

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that interview practice results will reflect actual job interview outcomes.

CrackInterview shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from service use, including but not limited to lost opportunities or employment outcomes.

These Terms shall be governed by California law, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in San Francisco County courts.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may review the current version at any time on this page.
