By accessing or using CrackInterview's AI-powered interview preparation platform ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

CrackInterview provides an AI-driven platform that:

• Simulates technical and behavioral interviews
• Generates personalized feedback using machine learning
• Offers practice questions tailored to your career level

We continuously improve our AI models and may update Service features without prior notice.

When using our Service, you agree:

• To provide accurate information about your skills and experience
• Not to attempt to reverse engineer our AI models
• Not to use automated scripts to generate excessive requests
• To maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

All AI models, interview methodologies, and feedback systems are proprietary to CrackInterview. You retain rights to your specific interview responses but grant us a worldwide license to use anonymized data for model training and service improvement.

While CrackInterview's AI is designed to simulate real interviews, we do not guarantee:

• That practice results will correlate with actual interview outcomes
• The accuracy of all AI-generated feedback
• Uninterrupted or error-free service operation

In no event shall CrackInterview be liable for any consequential damages arising from Service use, including but not limited to employment decisions, career outcomes, or opportunity costs.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by California law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA, under AAA rules.
